Please use this calendar to determine who is on call for after hours issues or morning show support. An after hours emergency is defined as:

* Any station that is off the air for any period of time (transmitter issues, automation system issues, missing automation logs, etc.)
* Any station without Internet and/or email access for any significant amount of time.

If you are experiencing one of these issues:

  1. Call 416-213-1035.
  2. If you get a live receptionist and you are looking for engineering, please ask to transfer to extension 250.
  3. If you get a live receptionist and you are looking for IT, please ask to transfer to extension 252.
  4. If you get the auto-attendant, hit '3' to go to the after hours emergency menu.
  5. At the after hours emergency menu, hit '1' for engineering or '2' for IT.

Notes:
  • After hours begins at 6pm and ends at 5am.
  • Morning show support begins at 5am and the shift ends at 1pm.
  • All times are Eastern.
